3. Abdominal Pain

Speaking of numbness, In addition to pain, sometimes whiplash can cause a lack of feeling. When there has been an injury to the nerves or the spinal column this can occur. Stay alert as to whether you have a lack of feeling or sensation or tingling in your hands and arms.
